What are the payment options?

We accept credit cards, Paypal, Laybuy and Bank transfer. To use Paypal and Laybuy you will need to have an account with them. If you are based in NZ and would like to make a bank transfer please select ‘Manual Payment’ option at check out.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the business we do not offer refund or return for the items so please choose carefully before making a purchase.

How will my order be delivered?

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Once your order is despatched we will send you an email with tracking details so you can track and trace. Shipment outside NZ will be sent via DHL and you will get an email with tracking details as soon as the order is ready.

Please allow 3 weeks for custom made orders for making your special dolls.
